56 Genes Panel

Targeted cancer therapies have an increasingly important impact on the treatment and survival of many cancers, but to successfully implement this strategy, you must get the best possible definition of the genetic profile of the tumor starting from different matrices (tissue biopsies or blood) . In addition, many clinical trials often require molecular definition of the tumor on a broad spectrum of genes, are practicable with a series of numerous examinations not always executable because of the scarcity of available sample and with not acceptable for the patient costs and times.

With the next generation sequencing (NGS) we can analyze many genes simultaneously with the times and low costs. In this panel we have collected 56 genes with proven clinical relevance for the diagnostic definition and pharmacogenetics of different tumors, also rare.
